A huge thanks to everyone who made a purchase of the pre sale. Sales are now completed and the book is being shipped to the printer this week. A couple of weeks to finish up the DVD then in early May the package will be shipped

Regular book sales will begin in May for anyone who missed the pre sale (DVD will no longer be available). The price may go up a few dollars based on the added number of pages (248 instead of 220 as originally forecasted).

I've pored over tthe many great pics and I'm going to work my way thru the text on rainy days
Then about the first of December I'll do it all again as a lead-up to Dakar 2013.

Almost all of the pre sales have been shipped, the remainder will be sent on Monday


Thanks again for the support, regular sales will begin in late June. Softcover instead of hardcover, no DVD or decal but the books content will remain the same....250 pages and a ton of color photos

Hardcover was for pre sales only unfortunately. Regular sales will begin in a month or so, once all pre sales are received

All US and Canadian pre sales have shipped and we're working our way through the overseas ones. Kinda cool, at least one was purchased in each continent.

Perhaps someday down the line but for now it is only a print publication. Early October we intend to have it available for purchase. Then in November Tales From The Bivouac - Volume 2 will be available. This installment in the TFTB series is a collection of stories (aka tales) from various folks who have participated in rally races in 2012 (Serres in Greece, Mex1k in Mexico, Abu Dhabu in the UAE) as well as a special on Dakar privateers with interviews from some folks racing the Dakar in January.
