Yep, im special! Computer still un available and posting facebook shit doesnt work. Not much news to report. I have put arould sixty miles on it and im thinking i will not change or alter anything that isnt broken. Lost the original key in my house somewhere. So, i made a "custom "key in the meantime!

Serial Numbers

Check your serial number on the steering plate. If it starts with 4900 it is a 1974. I have a 1974 R60/6 just finishing restoring. Have 9300 original miles. Once you get pictures up, we can see what you have. Clymers manual has database of serial numbers...which we can use to authenticate year/model. ALL GREAT MODELS....love da airhead.....dave

He's already determined that his bike is a 72.
Build date 5/72
Serial number database is available on line and is very very accurate.
Clymers is cute, but I wouldn't use it to verify anything.
