Went and got the bigger caliper shaved off a little so it would fit the GS but i still havent got the brake line in yet.

The wheels are the hardest part of the whole build and even after all the work I will have to change the spokes out the stock nipples rust very easily after you blast the hubs.

The bike looks great make we want take mine apart just for sake of saying I did it . How did you keep up with all the parts and fasteners while all of the work was done ? I would have a hard time remembering what went where as far as fasteners go.

Well the old GS is not really that hard to keep track of everything but i started by putting all the small stuff in envelopes and marking it but that didnt last long because i had all the bolts replated. But if i had a problem on putting it back together it did help that i have three other R100GS in the garage. Even that didnt help on the header pipe though i had one on the wrong side and just when i was about to catch the mistake that smart ASS Airhead Wrangler guy came along.

Yeah i have to give it to him he even caught it by looking at the photo. Hell i put it on and didnt catch it still cant believe they will fit on either side and Calvin you know i dont ever make a mistake so im not owning up to it.
