Found this when I was reading the latest issue of BMW mag. Don't have a price...

"BMW K1300 Powered Amphibian Vehicle

SEPTEMBER 20, 2012, BY STAFF, ABOUT BMW MOTORRAD, K1300S, UNCATEGORIZED.

What do you get when you cross a BMW K1300S, an ATV and a Jet Ski? The GIBBS Quadski.
Michigan-based GIBBS Sports Amphibians Inc. has unveiled their latest amphibious vehicle and says it will be released later this year as a 2013 model.
It’s powered by a BMW motorcycle K1300 series four-cylinder engine which comes as part of a five-year deal with BMW to purchase the engines and transmissions through 2016"

This has been around awhile, but unless the price has come down, I'd rather buy some waterfront acreage...

Thumbs down

Dorito here posting from the phone

went to patient first in waldorf. After X-rays sent him to civista via ambulance. More X-rays and looking at another ambulance ride to hospital in Baltimore for specialist.

On another note, he is apparently living up to his call sign of "grumpy". The morphine has yet to provide that magical unicorn feeling.

A mid foot (Lisfranc) dislocation is a significant injury. It's bound to take some powerful drugs to make the pain stop. Hang in there.
