Tires and wheels installed

Well we finally got the wheels and tires on Dorito today and they look pretty good! Oh and we dropped a tooth on the front sprocket (16T) and went up one on the rear (42T) so she should be set up pretty well for Pine Barrens. Since it has about 37K on her we decided to replace the clutch cable before it turned into a problem...she said it feels smoother now.
J4S...we added a little more bling on the back with the rear sprocket just for you!

So a bunch of us from work were supposed to got to Northern Neck ATV park for some riding today....
They all bailed...even Cheyenne. Apparently she would rather go swimming with her friend then go riding with Dad (This time)

So BreeAnna and I went by ourselves.....and had a blast.
The trails are more technical then Wicomico and though there were some wet areas, it wasn't bad at all...at first

No pictures from the trails...but Bree did fantastic. She listened to coaching and always wanted to go first....I was quite impressed...Looking forward to next weekend's trail ride

But here's Bree on the MX track

She did really good on the whoops as well

and the results of the last section of trails

The last trail section was swampy to say the least. Bree started crossing a puddle and about disappeared...
All in all a great Father-Daughter day

J4S, since I won't see you before you leave for the BMW Performance Center tommorrow, I gave a half-dozen to Alan to courier down. If you need more, or if you think Alan has cooties, let me know and you can pick some more up at the house...

Good Luck (and remember don't do anything to their bikes, that you haven't done to yours...!)

you SMIBs need to get out to WV, try out all your new stuff. you would have the playground to yourselves, we saw no bike tracks at all, except a bicycle track on one of the worst roads that was all torn up.

roads were wet after the recent rains. photo courtesy doug graham.
