I am going to have to turn down the volume a bit. Yep started looking at some boots but since I won't be needing any for months, I guess I will just continue to window shop for now

When are you back to work? I bet your life would be easier if it was your left in high sight always try to fall on your left side

Finally....a couple videos from last weekend

Here Dana and Erik demonstrate two different ways to cross a downed log....

This was a fairly interesting uphill turn, there is about 20 yards of an incline before this turn.
Bruce and I toook the same line Erik did...

Dana made it look way to easy

After finally completing one lap of the long loop we headed out with Lance on the short loop.
This hill isn't very steep but there are plenty of roots to kick you around...and Lance is riding like a pro
(though he did spill his latte while going down the hill )

Actually not really. Remember everything i own has either a clutch pedal or lever. I had the same problem when I was off over the Hamstring. I am going to see if Alan will stop by pick my ass up and haul it to work for some gas money.

The cut is pretty boring considering all they did was cut down the center flap, no picture but we still have the boot around.

... And that is why no matter the situation we can get a purposeful laugh. Dave you are the man!

Bruce... Thanks for playing along. Easily jumped 2 point on the cool scale. Make sure you PM the crew when you can start being mobile. Also have Dana start a " get my honey out of the house" list. We can take turns like big brothers of America... We can call it "Bored ADVRiders Injured or Totaled" You can call it BAIT. Whether you are not able to ride or don't have a bike to ride... Makes the rest of us sad. I can always do range days...

Possible event for some. About 4 hrs north (New Lisbon, NJ)

Pine Scrub DS 14 Oct

Will add it to the calendar on post #2. Also, it looks like 7 Mountains campout is canx, so I will remove that one.

2013 Advanced Cornering Clinic

It looks like they have started sign up for 2013!! It's going to be Wed/Thurs (May29/30). I can't believe that 2013 calendar is starting to shape up already.

PS Motoman--how goes the date selection for First Aid. I think Lance needs a refresher on splint making.

Calendar for 2013 (Dorito and Blaster)

So, I always get a lot of questions about what Adventures/rides I have planned or am considering. Obviously the rest of 2012 is screwed due to injury. The problem is that the things not getting done this year are still on the list. So here is what I am looking at for next year's events. Training classes are always on the top of the list but Doc man will influence on when and how aggressive I can get.....so this is what I have so far

Training classes
Motorcycle first aid and the advanced version
Corner Spin 1.0
Rawhyde Advanced dirt class

Adventures/Rides (still undecided)
Key West
Trans Tiaga
Maybe a week to 10 days around West Virginia with a combination of street and dirt

I would like to do the TAT but I don't think I can get as far as I would like in 10 or less days.
