If it's dinner I'm in. It'll be a day of RTEs since that is Luray for lunch with the NOVA/Catherders, then I could cruise across the bridge for supper with the SMIBs. Just need to come up with a breakfast ride for that day.

No Renazco. The seller has been in touch with USPS and they said the last log they have is the seat leaving the sorting facility, but never logging onto the airplane. MIA. So he refunded my money and the search continues.

I'd have to figure out a way to mount them opposite the muffler. 8" is awfully big. It would be nice if they did a 6" diameter model.

That or retrofitting in an acerbis is my other option.

Not that the 15 mile range on the stock 3 pint tank is bothering me...

Stop bitching about the seat and put some padding on that bony protuberance you call an ass. I've found that after years of chicken fried steak, bacon, and ice cream I have transformed my ass from high tensile coiled steel to a soft moldable silly-putty consistency that is comfortable on the barco-lounger, the KLR, or a bed nails.

Mike, I keep eating and my midsection gets bigger. The badonkadonk stays the same. Plan b is a pillow under my shorts.

In that case, remember that the pillow goes in the back of the shorts.

Obviously I'm having a slow day working for The Man.

A bit more spendy, but this guy does a lot of stuff with X-challenges. I bought his front sprocket/engine case protector and it was really, uber top notch!

Anyhow, he clearly has access to mock up on a X-challenge and had previously mentioned that he could do different sizes, so if you can/want to stomach the price....

Dana, I could spend a few grand at his place. I lived in west Germany in 85. Ronnie Raygun came for a visit. The dollar was trading at north of 3.5 deutsche marks. Fucking GIs were buying brand new 911s for like 16 grand. Well, most of them were actually buying supras and 300zxs for 16k, when they should have been buying 911s... Fucking idiots. Needless to say, the exchange rate ain't what it used to be and $700 for an auxiliary tank is too rich for me.
