1) Eagle Bay with a late start (say 1130 ish) ao maybe it warms up a bit

2) J4S leading the gallop through the countryside in SoMD

I learned a lot today.

First off, watch out for this bad-ass eagle/condor/whatever:


Then, last week, we learned that you need 5 pair of riding gloves to trot across county. Today, we learned that you need a Glove-murse to properly contain them all! Yet, somehow we still had to empty a pannier looking for the "right" ones

[editor's note: BTW, purty new bike. Like you could possible go wrong with a twin ]

Our ride master, J4S, has this marionette look. Since he ditched his full-arm heated gerbings jacket for the vest, he needs to plug each gloves into it's own line. Marionette it is !

In true spirit, J4S started and ended the track with food. And damn tasty eats at that. Lovely ride, and will post the GPX file later this PM. We'll call this ride "The Amish 100".

EOD3MC leaves for Rawhyde in T-20 days. Ironically, I wanted to liquor you up with RR reviews of Rawhyde training, but alas, I didn't find any.

Sooo, that means you need to take a camera and lots of pics to do a rockin' review for us!

Assuming we can still afford to travel around this time next year....I think I would love to go down and watch this rally...

SMIB-SMAR-MOY,serious question,how come so many threads from the same part if MD? I could understand if the threads were from different parts of the state,like one from the western part of the state(CUMBERLAND area)and the far southeast(OCEAN CITY area)etc.,you get my drift,i just don't get
it.

I don't care to open up the can of worms on the SMIB thing, but for the Southern Maryland Adventure Riders versus The Moy thread it is as simple as "The Moy" is our general banter thread and the "SoMD Adventure Riders" thread is to discuss riding, trips and such. I hope this helps.

Okay, I will take another bite at explaining this. Why are there so many liquor stores in one town? And when you do go into a liquor store, why do they have so many brands of beer?

ADV currently hosts 615,180 threads, so plenty of sand in big ADV sandbox of life.
