Not only did you miss paintpall, you missed F.R.E.E paintball. 3 August we had Ride-to-Paintball

Despite the high concentration of adolescent males, the referees really kept a tight ship. It was a fabulously inviting atmosphere. The theme of the day was fogged up visors. But the rest of the rental kit seemed adequate enough given my lack of paintball talent.

Blaster was our resident photog because he thought that there were be lots of running. Turns out, he probably could have done it, as the fields are set up to be more slow paced.

If it comes back on groupon again, I will definitely buy another set of tickets.

I think there was two quotable quotes today. I only remember one unfortunately.

But, I think J4S is jonesing to get a team together for a April 5-6 foray at Westpoint (Yes, THAT Westpoint!)

On a personal note, I went & worked out with Team Autobars on Friday night. It's sunday, and I am STILL a T. Rex. Jeebus. I haven't been schooled like that in ten years. Felt great! Can't wait to go back!
The 20% number is what I was looking for. I am just doing 20 minutes every other day with no resistance and need to get my plan plotted out. I will find out more on Tuesday and maybe if I am lucky he will allow me to add a little bit of resistance.

Weights are going fine but obviously the right leg is a bit weaker than the left and let's not even talk about the calf muscles at this point. Really working the upper body and core right now to a moderate level and the legs to a low/medium level. For the time being I am only allowed to do leg extensions and leg curls, no presses as of yet.

I can't speak for anyone but myself but I am still planning on the mud run as of right now in May, unless I am in South America.

Damn dude you are a glutten for punishment...they look like they could put a hurtin on ya!

Take it easy because as you said this is the time for rehab with the weather like it is.

I am not willing to mark South America off the list yet but it is still questionable for me. I will most likely wait until the end of December before making any real decisions/signing up for stuff....sorry.

That hurtin' was exactly what I was looking for. I'm ok, but I need to step up to the next level. I think I found it.

As far as exercise goes, January would be a nice starter time for people to be ready (presuming you're starting 'from the couch') to go to May. If you need any help, let me know!

I have already started as I have a lot of work to do. At this point I think I am ok considering the restrictions that I have, but I think you are right January needs to be the month to get things moving!

Here is another one we could do more up the Baltimore way.....nice obstacles!

If it wasn't obvious by the watermarks, if you decide to go to print on any of these, we'll need to buy the high-res clip arts.
