i've never told her about the practice of naming corners after the riders who were killed on/near them.

Another great thing about the blinkers and LED flasher is that they were plug-n-play, no fuss!

301 Harescramble Site

Drove by the 301 Hare scramble site a few times in last few weeks. It has been a complete bustle of earth moving equipment. Sadly, I don't think by 2014 there will be much riding there. So long Hill of Terror!

Well they put the IMS tank and Seat Concepts seat combo on sale for almost $200.00 off so I am pulling the trigger.....no more praying for a gas stop out in WV anymore and riding the board they call a seat!

So one of RFlagg's friends did this and I thought it was pretty cool so I am sharing, she said she used safety wire to secure the lights to the tire.

Meeting up in Dahlgren for coffee at WaWa, Shirting the backroads along the Rappahannock river, Breakfast in Montross, more backroad skirting to White Stone VA and Willabys Cafe for lunch, then looping back on the North side.

food location tentative on them being open on New Years day.

If we have non-gravel riders (we skip the dirty roads)

Starting to do that tomorrow....time to clean and grease all the bearings and bushings, change a few parts out, upgrade others and install some electrical stuff...

also need to map out how I'm going to install the rally "tower" for the roadbook...spent most of the day reading the Rally Navigation Bracket thread.
Think I'll be going with a handlebar clamp that goes under the Stiker dash and brings the roadbook holder above and forward of the dash...

either that or a bar assembly that loops up and over from the fork clamps...

Whichever I do, I want the "rally portion" to be easy to remove for trail riding
but I did order the remote switch for the Striker dash to operate the trip and time settings easier
