Bikez.com
Anyone else spend entirely too much time comparing bike ratings on bikez.com? My 1991 Vfr got a 78.4. The highest score one of my bikes has gotten was my 1975 rd350 at 81.3. How are your bikes stacking up?

Not necessarily for the ratings but, for the specs very useful.

Probably better than your computer after that malware infested site is done infecting it.

my 2000 VFR scored 90 something, my Buell scored 50 or 60 something.
I can assure you that I enjoy the Buell alot more. Comparing ratings like that is something you should do if you're shopping for a mini van, not a motorbike |

give em a break sheesh
Ive never had any issue with malware from the site and I check it out 3-4 times a week avoid pop ups, don't click silly links about how you won the kenyan lottery and you're in the clear. I would say its very useful for the specs it list, I used it to quickly find out that my vfr takes the same size tires as my friends buell ulysess front and rear. As far as the ratings they are user submitted so obviously have room for error but its still fun to check out and kill time with. However I was checking out the ducati monster 1100 and i think its scored low 60s.... that cant be anywhere near right haha.

Right. Just keep believing that and you'll be just fine. That's just the way they want you to think.
Use at your own risk. I never clicked ads or stupid bullshit ever, and that site has attempted to infect a couple of different computers I've used.

Its a shame its not a clean site, there is tons of info on there. I don't give any credit to the user ratings though.

Strange ratings
Quote:
Between riding my r12gs or my 09 1125cr.....I'm all over on that Buell. Fantastic motorcycle, you don't have to be a racer to enjoy this bike. It is soooo user friendly, yet thrilling too. |

Never rode a Buell yet one of my friends does have a Ulysess that i may take for a spin soon. I wouldn't ever compare ratings to buy a motorcycle, riding them is obviously the best bet, but once you already own one its nice to see how other people feel about it. That site rated my bike almost exactly the same as my friends triumph speed triple 1050 so yesterday we switched bikes and went for a little ride. We both agreed mine felt more comfy and shifted way smoother but his bike massacred mine off the line and sounded better then mine ever could. Only complaint about the triple was the bars were a bit too wide for my liking.
