Congratulations!
Second overall is great... the cars have navigators and better equipment.

Well done SA! You should post up a pic of the very cool trophy. (much better than what they gave out in 2010)

Wish I would have been a bit more competitive in the early stages, happy with the one stage win I managed to get, as it was a bit of redemption. But generally speaking....screwed the pooch this year.

Lesson learned.....Autocal is bullshit

Luckily there will be another chance in 2018.

The 990 ran awesome this year. Did roach a set of rear break pads that had to be changed in Fairbanks. So much more fun gravel this year compared to 2010 (If you ever ride the Cassiar don't miss the run down to Telegraph Creek, epic). The Pirelli Scorpion AT's were awesome and I finished on the same set I started with....barely.

Thanks to Coastal Instruments, MotoQuest, Icon, Altrider, AtomicMoto, Cyclops Adventure Sports, Konflict Suspension, Crispy Designs, Hall Wealth Management and Renazco Racing. My participation in this years event wouldn't have been possible without their generous support. Great companies, every one of them.

Thanks also to my "rommie" Jay. It was great riding together even if he did almost run me over.

Only 4 more years until we get to do it again.

I did my best to "remove" any competition, I failed at that too. (although in my defense, no, wait, yeah I almost ran him over)

To Alleycatdad and all the other mystery adv'ers that rode with us, thanks for all the fun (and competition). I really can understand now why there are no good "ride reports" from this event, no spare time to stop and take any usable timeline photos.
Although, someone may have Dawson City shots of me, and a sinker in a glass.

This ride was on my radar for 2 years. And work still got in the way. At some point, I'm going to just become a poor hermit and F this responsibility S. Really wish I could have made it.
