You can easily do that. I don't know wheat kind of riding you do, but it doesn't matter. Figure out a game plan when you get there Friday night.

I can't speak for Buzz, send him a PM. I think he's staying Friday to Sunday.

EVERYONE - Just a reminder to check the thread before you head out, I'll make a post here saying exactly where we're all camping. Feel free to just show up and find us too. I'm going to look in Mt Misery for spots first just because it's easier to get in and out of. Besides, I really don't think anyone is going to utilize the swimming area this early in the season.

It only took 4 months to realize the old camp n ride died with the new year. And let some one else (not my wife) plan a day of work for you and not only is my birthday StH, my C & R weekend is split down the middle or more likely reduced to what ever I can grap Sat. night and Sun. Not what you'd call happy!

Hadn't checked the weather forecast previously, but it looks like rain sat/sun.

Well, I prefer not to, but boredom does breed bad decisions. I'll have PLENTY of shelter around the camp for everyone to sit and stay dry under in case of showers. It figures, beautiful all week, then crap on the w/e. It's still a little early to rely on a forecast though.

I'll bring some cards too. It wouldn't be the first afternoon I've spent playing spades.

Knowing this crowd, people will be riding unless it's REALLY bad weather. It makes for good videos anyway.

I'll be showing up just not sure when. I will not be camping. May show up on the street bike, I know there was some mention of a road ride. Took a digger last weekend on the Husky and am nursing some pretty sore ribs. Bad enough to get Xrays, nothing broken. Most likely stop by Friday night on the Ducati, and see how I feel for a dirt ride Sat. or Sun Seeing how Friday is my Bday , I may try to cut out of work early and stop in at the camp .

bad news:
i will not be riding this weekend.
All of my shit is in storage and it doesn't make sense to drag it out just yet.

good news:
i do plan on coming by on saturday to hang the dang for a little while in the afternoon........

I was wondering if there will be some folks wiling to let me take their bike for a quick little ride?
specifically I am looking to rip around on a 2 stroke for 15 minutes or so........ anyone bringing one and willing to let me tool around quick?
I wouldn't turn down a ride on anything with knobbies however. I will be getting something new [to me] soon and i would like to throw my leg over as many rides as possible to help me decide..........

the wife and I just put a deposit on a house - we expect to close mid May.

Congratulations, wow. That looks like a great place. The market is totally in the buyers favor these days, qualifying for the mortgage is the hard part.

As said, I'll have PLENTY of shelter erected and if nothing else, I'll have the radio going and we'll just be kicking back, relaxing and doing what we do. I have no idea how much rain riding will get done, that's just something that we'll just have to wait and see. I'm looking forward to a great camping weekend either way. No turning back now.
