The need for a 3 position switch for fuel economy.... The "Power Controller" has almost no effect on fuel mileage.

Myself and my buddy on another F800gs (that had no power controller) We rode for miles and miles.... on every fill up we used the exact same fuel.
* note - he was carring a about an extra 40 lbs - if that makes a difference and he runs his bike a little harder.

Just thinking out loud, position 1 bypass (factory, no offset), 2 cold and 3 hot. Bypass would be used on warm up and super efficiency mode on the highway.

This is a few of the real tme readings of my bike (not runnng) using the GS911 tool. You can see here there is an Air pressure sensor and you can see the Power Controller how is drops the air box temperature compared to the engine temperature.

1000 milli bar (14.7 psia) is sea level air pressure.... an we a under a high pressure wave today.

Hi, my real time value using 911 shows 30c and when sensor unplugged shows 20c - would unplugging help make mixture richer?

Yes it will .. This would help you to see what the effect the "Power Controller" would have on your bike. Of course when the air temp is actually is 20 C you would have no change to fuel settings.

Hi HTC. Have installed my power controller and have been running it for about 2 months. Very, very happy. Went for a ride with my mate yesterday on his 990 and he was commenting on how my bike was running so mush better. We just finished a 2 hour technical low speed muddy, hilly section. I mentioned the only change I have made on the bike was the power controller. He was complaining about the same problem I had on my BMW F800 before I installed the power controller. Now he wants one. Are you making one for the KTM 990.
PM me if you do and I will pass it on to him.
From a very happy customer from AUstralia.

I have built a few "replacment" air sensors for KTM. It drop the air temp by -20 deg C. I gave a two units away one liked it one never wrote back. If you want a KTM unit PM me. Thanks!

Laugh good bye to my many happy customers.....

The "Power Controller", "Booster plug" or the "Accelerator Module" is a must for trail riding. I can not discuss outside the Vendor fourm because the mods say is it SPAM... . So I will no longer sell my product to my friends here. Hopefully afterwards I will be able to discuss.

I will sell until my stock is gone. Thanks to everyone who beleived in my product. I know I got it right! all the way down to the build!
I rode in Utah last week and the difference was fantastic!!! Shafer trail was a hoot!

No, No, No

I recently bought one of your controllers, I've just got around to installing it and it's the greatest cure all ever. What a boost to rider confidence on the dirt.

And now you're retiring........

How am I going to boast about your gear now?

Best of luck with your newest endeavors.
