True, you avoid zombies --- but you end up fighting apes!

What? You don't reuse most of your bullets? That's sooooo inefficient...

I fear most are missing out on one fact!

Why waste zombies?

Use them as a re-newable resource:

Explaining Zombie Biodiesel (Zombie-diesel) (1800x1800 pixel image)\

To exploit zombies as a power-source on the road, you need to start with something that can contain the whole sequence (zombie-to-fuel usage).

Start with one of these and mount a good size PTO woodchipper on the front hydraulic arms. The intake (of the woodchipper) should face forward and the output stack should be positioned to direct the raw materials towards a good catching funnel behind the cab. This funnel connects to the serial processor tanks in the rear where the bio-mass is refined and converted to Zombie-Diesel.

The refined Zombie-Diesel powers the complete rig. A towed armored caravan can expand limited living space confined to the between-rams cavity just behind the cabin. A covered expanding walkway connects over the top for access to the towed living quarters.

A Zombie-proof ripstop Kevlar cover protects the towed expanded living quarters.

Prepared? Yep, lots of water, food, fuel, guns, and ammo.

Oh, and a very reliable KLR.

Hmmm? That fuel- (talking of petroleum-sourced mineral variety) you may be requiring something similar to the beseiged isolated mini-refinery shown as a major plot highlight in Mad Max 2:

That required serious defending effort, from all the scum that swarmed about it like bees around honey:

Just trying to use some of the product itself required even more battle.

We had this convo at length on T-day night (fueled by much red wine).

1. Vampire dies. Depending on which version of vampire you think is accurate, many vampires that drink from dead creatures are then mortal / killed.

2. Nothing. Both are a separate form of undead. Neither can 'Kill' the other (other than the vampire could do the same trauma attack that we can to a zombie)

3. Vombies. (this would hold true if the other direction works too, if a zombie bit a vampire, depending on which version of zombie infection you you believe accurate) They speed up, they can think, they heal, gain much strength..... We'd be screwed. Maybe much akin to what was portrayed in I Am Legend. ONLY positives are that possibly the vombie would be vulnerable to a chest wound as well, rather than headshot/decaps only and a possibility of daylight safety.
