and now back to your regularly scheduled programming...
![]() I used some zip ties to add a safety to the tube. Used them together to reach all the way around the subframe and the tube between the two hangers. If they brake I figure I have about 10-15 minutes before that gives too... ![]() thanks for the feedback, I will try and think of something further on this soon. but for now I think its o.k.

Hey MP.....I did the same thing awhile ago using black PVC. I use mine as a First Aid kit. Anyway, I have done a few rides and a lot of street miles with zero movement and no problems at all.
My Fist Aid stuff along w/ the PVC is about the same weight as the charcol canister so I figure that may help me. Yours is probably heavier than mine.

, i have tire irons, a MTB pump, the tool pouch (sans t-handle), and the motion pro 90deg screwdriver for a hook. but I used a hardwire to secure the long end; it doesn't bounce around either. if it did, the wire would be bent and i would see it (i hope )how did you get black abs in 2.5"?!? thought they only made white pvc in 2.5

Not to stray from the subject, but here is the toolbox that I made a few weeks ago. It has 3 tire irons, patch kit, C02 gun, tools, etc. I just went on a 200 miler and the sucker didn't move. The cap is on real tight and didn't move at all. Parts from Home Depot about 12 bucks.
I hate the KTM toolbox. If you dont put the Fu*%in tools in exactly the same way then the fu*%er wont go back in the box. Notice the aluminum! Ahhh nice!
