kap and myself arrived bright and early friday to head on our for a ride, only to find it lightly raining when we arrived, kap got suited up as the rain only got worse, so we checked in our room(yes we are pussies, BUT we were warm) kicked back for awhile, then headed our for lunch in the falling snow, from lunch we headed into lake isabella, found a bar and had a few drinks, on the way back rain was letting up so we suited up and headed out in the light rain, only to run into snow within the 1st 2 miles, so we turned around and rode the lower elevations
saturday we hooked up w/bajarider650. pcvance, montibank,and upinsmoke!
we had an awsome day riding in the constant rain hitting all the lower trails,we made it to the bridge and had lunch, on the way back, we ran into razr and his buddies, had a few beers and warned them about the group of 12

ahead of them!
sunday dawned bright and sunny

so we tried to hit some of the upper trails only to run into more snow! but countined on to ride primo dirt for the rest of the day!

Congrats on winning the bag. I'm sure it will get plenty of use on your Husky

I realized about halfway home that I forgot my little travel cigar case and my camp chair at Da Fool's fire pit. Oh well, both are easily replaced. Thanks for leading the rides on Sat and Sun, Ron. It's fun to watch that FJR disappear from view repeatedly

They still exist somewhere, I'm sure. Maybe Bill knows, he was in camp with us. DaFoole is in Death Valley for another week, so he might not be online 'till then...but someone's got your stuff somewhere.

I'm not too worried about it. If someone in/near the SF area has it, I would love to snag it back at some point. If it's further away and will be put to good use by whomever is in posession of it, that's fine too. As I said, easily replaced.

Does the cigar case say Paracord on it? If so, I have it somewhere. I'll figure out how to get it to you before the next warped... or give it to you then

I don't recall exactly what it says. It's a little 5-stick black pelican case that looks like this:

The chair is one of those three-legged fold-up stool things, with a triangular seating area (from REI).

I have the stool...

And a suede Fluke Case with some paracord and ties in it too. Anyone who's missing that let me know and we'll figure out how to get it to you.
