I bet you could get them down to 2500 on it. Pretty good buy for a bike with only 800 miles

I found I got a couple of slipped cords on the rear tire, spent 3 hrs on the phone between Lincoln and N.P./ McCook and unless I wear ass-less chaps and a pirate outfit, I'm screwed. idiots. they used to keep XR650L's on the floor.

I dropped the bike off at Kaufmans this morning. I really didn't have the time to do it myself, so I've got them doing the tire, sprockets and chain.

noob hello

G'day all. Just started riding an 04 1150GS in Broken Bow this spring. Hoping to connect with others and get better at the gravel lifestyle (not necessarily trails but curious )

Anyone else near the sandhills?

Hello. Love the Broken Bow area. Use to run in the Custer county demo derby all the time and even won it one year. We have about 3 bikes in this area as of now. We had 1 camping outing and are planning one for fall also.

Not the last time I've been through, but might have been the first time I stopped for dinner at the old hotel.

Some fun roads along the river from Oconto to Arnold, then the Arnonld-Dunning road. Good fun paved roads you can hooligan it on. I'm leary of venturing out into the Sandhills on the big bike alone - stupid sugar sand.

Yeah, a TW200 is about the best bike for the pastures unless you're really clipping along.

I've made some day-trips through BB up to Halsey or other places west. The sandhills are my favorite part of the state, and yes, sugar sand sucks!

Gravel sucks too!!

Tmaximusv,

I'm over here south of Dannebrog. I ride a 2010 GSA and since I live out in the sticks, all my rides start and end on gravel. I get up your way fairly often. I'll probably see you there some time. Welcome!

Right on. Liked your pictures in WY. Your camping spot looked familar for some reason.

Im doing 6 & 34 west of Holdrege to rd f. Rd F to 720, then west to Mascot. I have never been there. Hope there is a pop machine atleast. Then south to the lake on gravel from there or till I hit 136.
