Spies had better pick up his game. Is there an excuse?

Interesting that Stoners bike is the quickest on track by a bit yet Dani has a faster time.

I REALLY want Spies to perform but geez, the stars & planets have to align just right for him to do well. Seems like there's always an excuse...

yes on spies, he just doesn't seem to have whatever he used to have. can't blame the bike, jorge seems to make it go pretty good! he needs to get his head out of his ass, quit worrying about riding his bicycle, and twist the fucking throttle!
rossi and hayden look pretty solid so far, but I'm not holding my breath.
unless he falls off, this looks to be pedrosa's race.

Huge black clouds, it's going to rain....and only Stoner is out and gets pole. All the rest are watching the cloud coming - duh.

Well they played that pretty cool - spots of rain and on cameras, I would've been out there getting a good time before it was too late.

Great for Hayden. For Rossi, the nightmare gets darker. Harder to argue it is all about the bike when your team-mate is on the front row and you are two and a half seconds behind on the fifth row. This is not easy to watch.

Nick could win this thing. Best chance in a long time. How 'bout RdP!

Stoner a fifth, and not a close fifth at that. Wonder what's up?

Not easy at all to watch but the way the bike turned out seems to suit Nicky better than Vale, remember its all about feel and if they aren't comfortable the times will show.

Only if it's wet/dodgy weather tomorrow. Dry race and spaniards in front will disappear. Nevertheless, awesome performance from Nicky.
