I hate getting caught in a down pour on my way home from a dirt ride. Yesterday, I was about 100 miles from home & the bottom fell out of the sky. I had to ride home with big rain drops pelting me in the face. My tinted goggles made impossible to see. By the time I got home, I felt like I had a bad sun burn. I'll never leave home w/out some clear goggles.

One thing I hate about motorcycle forums is when you post up about a problem with your bike, some asshole feels the need to quote your post & type out "I have xxxx miles on mine & it's been perfect". Good for you asshole. How is that supposed help anybody with anything. Seriously. I don't get it. Do they feel like its a personal attack on their choice of motorcycle. WTF?

I hear ya on the rain, I ride alot more with my streetbike helmet - something his Lukeness taught me - you can ride dirt with a streetbike helmet, but riding street, especcially in the rain, sucks sometimes with a mx helmet..

No, there's more than one. We often just think you do everyone involved, including yourself, a disservice by making your posts more difficult to understand because you can't use a language that you've probably been immersed in for (screw some graded class, BTW) the entirety of your time on this planet. Foreigners who have been in the country for longer than a year often use the language better. Are you trying to be cool, thug, gansta, 12...what? Get over yourself. We're not impressed. In fact, we find it annoying.
