The Vagabond Chef Project
Hey guys,
I've recently launched my Vagabond Chef Project, quitting my full time job at Galena Lodge, in Central Idaho to commit fully to the idea. The core of the Vagabond Chef is a culinary travel blog. I'm riding my bike around checking out different kitchens and all the good riding I can find. My hope is to start cooking in different professional kitchens to learn new skils, as well as, cooking for people I stay with on my travels and documenting cool places I find to eat along the way. I love the advrider community on here, although I haven't been too active lately. I'm definitely interested in peoples' feedback and suggestions. The blog is at theVagabondChefRides.com. I also have twitter (@theVagabondChef) and facebook (facebook.com/thevagabondchefrides). I just got back from doing a two-thousand some mile loop through Idaho, Washington, and Oregon; and I'm getting ready to head out again through Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Washington. Thanks, everyone. Keep the shiny side up! MT Welsch, the Vagabond Chef
