Tail light problem-----------

Been having trouble with my 05 gs.Starts out fine,but after 10 miles i get the lamp signal with arrow pointing down.Bike has a led tail light and i noticed that all the reds (28 i think) are good but two of the white liscence plate bulbs are out.Would this set off the lamp icon?The plug is seated tightly and wiring appears good,tail and brake lights work,turn signals work.Any ideas welcome.Thanks Ed
