Pair of Snowflake Wheels from 1978 R100RS

$225 + shipping for the pair. Box weighs 34 lbs and is 24x21x14. Local pick up in Chicago, no problem. Rear is disc brake type. Not perfect, but no major gauges or blemishes. Painted Light gray. Will e-mail 8 pictures to anyone interested instead of taking up space here.

Thanks Dave
I have a Luftmeister w/BMW brackets that I'll donate .. PM sent.

It's a universal shield that is too small. Picked it up at some shop as a take off, but I needed something and took what he had. I wish I could ride the bike naked as they're designed to be ridden. But unfortunately I have a spinal/neck injury that prevents enjoying extended rides & full force of the wind. I suffer enough without adding to it.

The shield I have now blocks my chest, but buffets the top of my head and can get uncomfortable during a good long ride.

I'll also take any advice in dealing with the issue I have.

Thanks Dave
I'd suggest a Parabellum Scout. You can get a choice of three different windshield heights. One was on my R100R, with a tall shield, when I bought it in Albuquerque. The tall shield was very effective in keeping the wind and even rain off.

After the tall shield cracked, I ultimately went with the short shield for looks (it suggests the "S" fairing), but even with the short shield the fairing provides decent wind protection for the chest.

I'll take the Haynes manual if you'll sell it separately. My postal code is L6W2X3. Please let me know how much shipping will be?

Dan-O, if you don't sell to Headtube, I'd take them both and I'm in the United States.

I need to get a Haynes just to have it. Got the Clymer new and the binding is already starting to split. No more SEE SEE parts for me (that's code). Seems everything I got from them has had an issue and they are not customer friendly once they've got your $$$

Replied PM. I'd prefer both, but will take either as I have neither.

Looking for a lower triple clamp that will fit on my monoshock R100. Needs to fit 38.5mm forks. There' are tons of 36mm on ebay, no 38.5mm.

Thanks!
