WTB R80 G/S | GS Handguards

To help on the cold morning's I'm looking to throw a set of BMW handguards on my ST to help deflect wind. I can get a new set for $40 in white from Bob's down the road then spray paint them, but if someone has a nice set in black w/ mounting HW I'd be interested.

Should be part #71 60 2303496. This part is listed for pretty much all of the 80's G/S and GS bikes.

$30 shipped? I know these things aren't great for actual hand protection so you guys have them collecting dust on the shelf...

Please PM. Thanks

Edit: Got a set from an inmate. For those who don't want the white handguards on an 80's G/S or GS check out part # 71609062160.

WTB: XR650l parts: Tool bag, rear chain guard. Condition used but decent, price fair.

WTB - turn signal aluminum clamp thingy

Approaching like 98% complete on my R100/7 refresh I find myself not wanting to spend $$$ for such a insignificant part. I am hoping that someone out there can sift through a drawer and come up with my need.

It's either that or buy a whole signal (or pair) and I am kind of tired of going that route.

Hopefully this picture will help as there isn't a part number for such an item.

Many thanks in advance. ]

I probably have a clamp in my stash of stuff. I'll check tomorrow. Shipping plus a buck shouldn't set you back too bad...

Worth a chance for $81 shipped. I have the same shocks on my "R90/6" they don't leak and seem to work just fine. Nice price, I think.

front shocks off a 65 r69s. What are they worth???

Hello,

Have a pair of front shocks that came off a 1965 r69s. No dents, dings or deep scratches in top part, black. Top and bottom can be painted to look like new.
Any idea what a fair price for these would be?

Thanks in advance.

Auctions go on ebay. If you are frankly inviting a discussion, wrong thread.

Thanks in advance.

Regular breaker, rather clueless about airheads. Know your dimensions, especially the eye bolt dimensions, try to get a minimal warranty. They may not leak because there is nothing left to leak out,.
Agree. One of everybodies favorite sellers but sometimes completely clueless about Airhead parts. It also seems he can't be told. So I gave up.

Put them on the IBMWR site, much more specific for pre '1970 airheads!

1988 R100GS for sale in California

I've got my R100GS black/yellow "Bumblebee" up for sale here on the ADV flea market:

http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=972618

My hope is to find an inmate here who wants it, but if I get no bites I'll be putting it up onto Craigslist locally.

Do a search on ebay for "fork reflector", lots of Japanese bikes used 40mm round reflectors.

You might want to switch your valve covers.

The fins are meant to be horizontal to the ground.

Left on right , right on left!
