Did a search and didn't see any so here goes...
Anyone happen to have a good set of del'lorto carbs from/for an r90S? My 75/5 has r90s cylinders and carbs, but my del'lorto have somehow managed to turn porous, rendering them USELESS! Figured I'd test the waters here and see if anyone had a set in good order. There's an antique BMW parts house just down the road a few miles, but I can't afford his!!!

All I can add is that I purchased it for my '95 GSPD Classic and the paperwork from San Jose BMW indicated that it was for '91 to '95 GS's. I'm sure the guys here will know if there truly is a difference between the later model GS forks and the earlier versions.

extra mounting holes for the low front fender on later models. It will still fit back to '88, depending on your front fender choice.

Sauer Alu 45 liter tank
Tank for a G/S and probably other airheads.
I have no affiliation with this sale, just thought someone might be interested in it. I've got one of these tanks and they really are works of art. I believe they cost something like 1500 euro new, and it doesn't surprise me one bit. Mine is number 267, this one is 286. (I have photos of mine on page one of my G/S thread in my signature and a heap of photos of other ones on page 11). Item is in germany, as was mine. Seller seems to say he'll ship. I've been watching these tanks for a while now, they don't come up for sale very often (there has been a few on one of the german boxer forums, but they were very expensive). This one is at a good price so far. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...#ht_500wt_1157 |

After finishing my /5 project, as if they ever are, I find myself with the following parts:
Engine case casting date 5/10/71, front and rear shims are red (case had some polish work done by PO) Cam chain cover (also polished) Front bearing holder; needs new bearing Stock cam, with a small chip out close to the oil pump woodruff key (smooth and should not be a issue) Flywheel If anyone needs a part or all PM me and we can work something out; shipping willbe at cost added to what we work out.
