Keys needed for BMW bags

I just picked up a 1982 R100 ( ! ) with saddlebags. These are the style of that era. I have one key and am looking for two more as spares or blanks. The key has 055 on it. I checked The fiche and it's shows NLA.

Anyone have a spare 055 or two laying around?

Thanks

1975 BMW R90/6 Classic - Potential Scrambler or Cafe Racer

I have a 1975 BMW R90/6 in good condition. Currently stored indoors. Very dependable and long lasting. Look this airhead bike up online - it has a huge following. Great bike to customize, many people make these dependable classic bikes into long distance touring machines or cafe racer/scrambler jaw droppers. My interests have changed so here is your opportunity to be the one everyone stares at riding downtown. I have a 3/4 seat and napolean mirrors that will fit the bike as well. The bike has hard case racks and I have one krauser hard case. Asking $4000

Your link goes to a web site that has mucho bikes for sale but I found your bike none the less. Incorrect tank and fender for 1975. Probably incorrect seat. Recovered seat. 1975 has an on/off switch on the headlight so why is the headlight on? Seat looks crocked which can indicate a bent rear frame. Good luck with your sale. Over priced.

Thanks for the comments. You are right that the seat may not be original, The lights are on using the ignition which is near the headlamp. The rear frame is not bent. I don't feel the bike is over priced but and open to reasonable offers.

Still overpriced and the new link to the pictures doesn't work either. You might want to read this post on how to add images to a post.

Those pix links don't work either.

Just post them inline would be best

Price is of course a matter of opinion. The prices are going up all the time. I have trouble seeing it as a 1975 though. Have you run the VIN number to see what they say? The number is on the main frame neck where the steering mounts and/or on the right side down tube. The number on the engine is on the flat above the oil dip stick hole. The seven digit number can be run at several sites. I use;

I have some stuff that may be from an R50/5. If not, it's from an R75/5. If I remember correctly, it's rough on the outside and pretty good on the inside--kind of like me!

Bikes For Sale

SOLD!

I have two parts bikes for sale. One is a R75/7 (~70K miles) and the other a late 70's R100S (~30K miles). Both are as you see in the pics. I've not investigated if they're runners. I'll get the VINS and as much info as feasible for any serious buyer. There are no titles included with the bikes. The luggage is not included in the deal as shown on the /7. They are located in the Cleverland, OH area. I need to get them out of their storage area ASAP.

$2K for the pair. You need to pick them up as delivery isn't an option.

Email, as in NO PM, if interested.

Thanks,
Carl
