You've been ripping today! Hope you don't mind, but I'll post your fastest lap video as well as Eddie's for others to download and learn from.

Our two fastest riders of today's session. Gives you a better look of the course, as well as their moves. They were really fast and really smooth. Joy to watch, and a lot to learn from.

No sound due to wonky video editor and encoding. Mic on the camera was picking up slightest breeze anyway, and turning it into a gale of deafness.

It's a joy to watch those videos Vulfy. Folk having a blast on their bikes & becoming really good riders as a by product. Love your work.

Thats me on the black Kawa Ninja 1000 , its a disused airfield, surface is large squares of concrete? I think.

Grip is surprisingly good, which is just as well as you have to brake quite hard while cranked over in several sections. It says a lot about the great level of riding from everybody that there were no spills, but I came awful close once or twice

It is a very rough concrete. Chews up tires really quickly. I'm really curious to see how Jezza's tires hold up as he is really pushing it now, since my old Dunlops only lasted one season on that pavement.

Thank you for kind words ohgood

My Ninja 1000 is an all standard bike, just a license plate tidy. For Gymkhana I drop the tire pressure F&R by 5 lbs and raise the tick-over to 1300 revs to reduce its tendency to fall into tight slow corners.

I've had the bike just over 1 year now and for me its perfect road bike, super torquey engine that also has a lot of HP at the top end, the standard raised bars give an upright seating position with plenty of leverage which is great as I get quite aggressive with counter steering. But a simple slide up the road could get very expensive

My other bike is a KTM 500 EXC street legal enduro bike which I am not getting enough use of, so I have been thinking with a Supermoto kit, it would make a great Moto Gymkhana bike Exactly half the weight of the Ninja 1000, with quick steering and plenty of power.

I would have to change wheels, fat sticky tires, huge front disc brake, disc caliper, harder F&R springs, but when finished it should look like this

That was a really great course, Vulfy, and it's pretty fascinating watching those two runs side by side and seeing how different they are, considering that they timed within milliseconds of each other.

Some highlights:
