El Forko y Pau

We are having a grand ol' time with El Forko y Pau! They will be at least the 3 nights with us and Sara and I are thinking of riding out the first part with them as they head to Huaraz...

Paul says he is thinking of an article on Sara and I and the Caiman Project!

Am checking in here every day even tho I don't write

Hugs and Cheers!

Toby & Sara

Battery

I recently switched my 950 over to an EarthX battery from the old Yousa. Kick ass batt with lots of starting power. Super light, too. Weighs about 3 pounds. Also installed a CPR air cleaner with recommended jetting kit huge difference in HP. Nice to be able to clean air cleaner without removing tank, etc. Glad you folks are still doing well.

Hey TMK

When will you be in Santiago? We will be there on the 26-27. Then head to La Falda for April. Staying at Casa Matte.

Heya vabuckaroo68

I wanted an EarthX but you can't get em here in South America as taxes are too high, to freight it down from the US was more than the battery so the Yuasa won, back in NZ when this one chucks it in the EarthX will be a great option with huge CCA rating for our winters.

Will probably go back to CPR as well, woulda been handy on this trip but we needed the money for repairs ... thanks to Alfred the wanker Lammarre that lies ( ktm950se ) who is banned.

Andi, make sure you go to have some coffee in downtown Santiago. Trust me on this: you will love the experience. Take Dan with you. Sara and Ellen can go as well, but its better if they are not too close.
