It was great to wave off the TwoMotoKiwis this morning and to be a very small part of there journey. Big smiles on their faces was priceless. After all their misfortunate and some unwarranted sledges from some so called "fellow" riders, these guys know how to endure. I have to say after seeing their Jeese's I have a severe case of Luggage envy.
![]() ![]() ![]() Remember guys ride it hard and put it away wet All the best hopefully we can catch up in Mexico.

What?!?! No two-up wheelie for your first trip down the street on the next leg of your adventure? OK. I'll let you off this time...
Seriously though, great to see Maya looking in the sort of condition it SHOULD have been when you first took delivery of it. And with the 'doctoring' of the internals, you guys deserve a MASSIVE break with the run of mechanical luck you've been experiencing. All the very best for the New Year, new ride, and new adventures. Eagerly looking forward to your next installment. Pedro

That would have been funny - we (I) got into trouble a couple of days before after rapid run down that street with Andi on the back of my 990.

Jesse's
Have to say looking back at those photos you posted of the finished rig Andi, that luggage looks built to military grade. If those cases can hold your (not insignificant
) weight don't think there is much chance you are going to overload them! And that top box looks strong enough to be used as a cash-carry case by armored guards.

Thanks for the props, won't be to long and we will have some reading up from our stay in Phoenix, we have been flat out working till late each night bolting, fixing, cutting, fixing, tying, fixing, unscrewing, fixing, rescrewing, fixing, and finally the good part of personalizing ..... ouwh and did I mention fixing .Pete, the cases are actually very lite, their design with folds etc gives them the strength and rigidity, have to say they are beautifully made AND beautifully finished INSIDE and out. Many other cases are just alloy std finish inside and everything shuffles around and gets grey oxided .Although for weight reasons I wanted to go for softies the design on these is outstanding bringing the weight down and in to the centre line of the bike so we ended up better off swinging the weight low rather than on a big rollie back behind Ellen up high. Our Ozzie mates (oxymoron) have a 990 Adventure (nearly as nice as a SE OK, nuff of this idle chatter, got some serious writing to do so you fullas can can up.

[QUOTE=Two Moto Kiwis;20449582]Heya all
Many other cases are just alloy std finish inside and everything shuffles around and gets grey oxided .Nah, just a little epoxy spray paint on the inside, and no problem. |

So what was done to the sub-frame to accommodate the increased load of the passenger and bags?
Any pictures of the modifications?
