Yamaha L5 Trailmaster -- good price?
Evening all,
I've come across a '69 Yamaha L5T, that from pics looks in very good shape with really only minor surface rust on the chrome bits. Its been stored for the last 4 years, but "runs with a small oil leak, probably needs new tires and a new battery." Asking price? $400. I love the looks of the bike, but know very little about the 'right price.' Any ideas here? The thinking is to do a bit of clean up, service her, fix the leak and shod her with new rubber, then have fun for the summer. Thanks! MadV |

If it is in good shape that is a fair price
