I'm already feeling better, but you should see me walk.

Yup, I look like crap though.

Good times...I think I slept 30 of the last 36 hours. Feeling good though...taking good care of me you are CJ, thanks very much

Packing up, head turned to home...I'm ready to make sense of the trip from the other side of the big divide. Just sitting here now, CJ is off to rest and I'm doing a little of the same, reflecting on a great ride. I'm grateful for my hosts and riding partner and supporting a mindset that doesn't always come easy to me--taking one step at a time.

so the ride from Manali to Delhi is no joke. I got rain in the afternoon, which was a much welcome respite. It was sucking on the hot air blower from about 4 hours in, in Mandi:

The settlements sprawl as soon as the elevation wanes and still everything moves. I noticed the traffic in Delhi, and as I was thinking it, CJ said it...it flows like water. Indeed it does. 30Km from the city, the volume built, but you could not notice much in terms of movement...all continued to flow. Not for the faint of heart, they're not afraid to trade paint. Even still, they defer to bikes, and I'd have to say, a good 25% of what was on the road was MCs....

About 18 hours out from heading to the airport. Excited and still I am loathe to leave friends behind.

Mark and I were talking about me coming out for Wetfest. Maybe not this year, but next. I've used my family credits for this year and already cancelled my appearance at Paris to Dacre (Canada)...but i want to come out. Bad. :)

Youre a recent transplant, yes?

Very cool, I have a lot of friends up that way.

And for feeling better--I wouldnt be if it werent for my pals here. Not enough can be said for having friends around to lay a hand upon your brow.

Hey Mark, I got VERY well acquainted with the butt/nut washer.

Hi'ya MoBill .

I have been trying to catchup as I am always out playing and seem to constantly fall behind. I love your pictures you seem to have a knack or it's just that beautiful.

Riding with Mark is quite the adventure, he is a fun guy to hang with for sure, a big bundle of energy. I really envy the India trip but I will be honest, I don't think I would have handled the extreme elevations very well. The being out in the middle of nowhere no problem, which leads me to this question; how was riding through the traffic in the large cities, is there a pulse a rhythm to the chaos?

Anyway if you ever get out this way we'll have to have a beer.

Thanks for taking the time to take us along, I know it's a lot of work.
