Eek SHIT outta luck and could use some help!!!!

Anybody up this waaayyyy
But I'm in the middle of a TransLab ride on my HighAdventureTour and just had some serious engine failure... could use a pickup or trailer and a place to tear into the Desiree's engine 705cc KLR.

I'm between Badger and Grand Falls Windsor Newfoundland... pushing the bike toward Grand Falls.

I'll check for PMs later tonight if I have signal.

Thanx,
Jettn Jim

I saw this on the Canadian Forum, sorry to hear about that Jim (I met you in Moab). I am sure one of the friendly locals will help you out!

HaaaaaHaaaa weeelllllll isn't life a blast eh?!?!?

Here's the rundown so far brotha Alex....

As some of you know I'm on the tail end of my HighAdventureTour doing the TransLab... about 10mi back Desiree' pretty much seized up on me doin' about 75...
I pushed her a Mile.2 then a GREAT GUY Harvey in NewfnLAND like Friendliness pulls up and says he'll be back with ramps...
he comes back we load her up and off to Grand Falls-Windsor NewfnLand we go.
He, his Beautiful wife and I talk and share Rum for 4hrs... now I'm camped out in the garage next to my beloved Desiree'. *Will open her up tomorrow and see if it's catastrophic/fatal....
Interesting twist to this final chapter in my ADVtouring career... I love how the universe works.... probably the best night of the ride soo far!

Peace,
JJ

PS... having thoughts of leaving him and his boy Mike the bike... then hitchhiking across the TLab home??? We shall see........

Hey Chad... Nope!

Up till 5am again last night, (now) more fresh Moose and Rum... Heading to St Johns 2mro in a rental car to pick up a tire and chain from the Toybox.
Then see some sights and head back here Tues or Wed to do the swap.

This IS THE BEST DANG time EVER!
Couldn't be happier.

Peace brother,
Jim

Moab KLRWorld Gathering.....

Ok let's get some more Moab fun outta the way so we can keep this thing rolling...
I had forgotten to post this pic for Hondo.... man maybe ya need one a these huh buddy?

Before Esther gets into town I roll over to Fred's (Arrowhead Motorsports) to see what's up, some of the KLR gang is supposed to be there.
Lee, Laurie and Gordon...

Yup Gordon "Guido", Storm "in2dabluz", Lee "Hondo", Sgt. Marty and wife Laurie, Esther "NomadGal", Laura "big_lv and Jim "shakesbeer" were there, Alex "Parepin" rolled in form Cali shortly... I hadn't seen him since last October when he came by the house on his way to Baja...
Marty...

Laura swapping her rear tire and Esther learning.... I had to butt out since I was trying to show her my tricks (like I normally do) but she has her own style and LOTSA experience.

Alex rolling in...

Then we head out to see some views...

I'll add to this a bit later since this wireless connection is a bit sloooooooooooow here in NL
Peace,
JJ
