I got Skyline Keith up my way rolling Friday AM I believe. I'll coordinate with him and if he can't go, I'll meet you at 33/81 are and roll the rest of the way with you. Keith is, um, inventive, and resourceful in his use of maps. I'm extremely confident If I meet up with him as planned, he'd take us the looooonnnnng and interesting way down to BYOBIII.

KEITH !!!!????????????? You there???? KEEEEEIIIIIIITTTHHH ?

The roads are all so good and this event is so close, you will not have to be too inventive. I think we could have a great ride out to BYOBIII.

I have studied the maps and have come up with at least half a dozen good routes out...Rt28 down looks the most interesting but I can get us to Rt28 several different ways (Rt55 or my back way over to Lost City). Also Rt 33 or Rt 250 out to Rt28 are fun and open up other cool routes down. Depends on the mood of the group at departure time and the various bikes capabilities. It's gonna be a sweet weekend of riding with tons of possibilities.

I'll be two up headed that way the same time. I was thinking about the southern route going through Goshen.

When I read that your tiger blew, I wondered if laying on it's side had anything to do with it...but you would think adventure type bikes are expected to be taking a nap on occassion.

I'm thinking that fully loaded bikes should stay on the tarmac. I do have a forest service road over into Lost City (via woodstock tower rd from my place) but Rt 55 or Rt 33 would be most fun. I've got plenty of maps for folks to look over. You have your GPS too so we should be able to find cool roads or find our way to Boyer Station. Rt55 to Rt28 is my vote at this time though.

That's a great route. 60 off the BRP into Buena Vista (pronounced "BYOO-nah VISS-tah" if you're not from the area) is pretty clean these days ... yum ...
