I'd say Casey is a fairly well grounded young fella, his idea of a new fishing boat is a 12 ft tinnie.....as for entertaining us, I could name a few previous GP title holders, who were hardly entertainers....but they could ride fast and win and that's all I ask of them.

Retiring at the age where most people are but starting their working lives will pose some interesting challenges.

Nice words for de Puniet and all the other talented backmarkers though.
He retiring after doing the same job for over 20 years. Lots of people retire or move on to do something else after working at the same job for that long.

I think that many fans that have started watching MotoGP in the last few years never really understood that racing is more important than post race antics and silly costumes. And they never will because they are not here for the racing. They are here for the post race antics and the silly costumes (these were the things that brought them here in the first place). Now those antics and silly costumes are gone and it is normal for them to be disappointed because that is what used to entertain them, not the racing.

There is a reason why they call it the Motorcycle Grand Prix World Championship instead of The Popularity Grand Prix World Championship.

They are motorcycle races, not motorcycle entertainers. In my eyes at least.

Epic Moto2, loved it.

Now only 3 points separating the top 3 in the championship.

Nice to see Rossi making some passes and at least sniffing the podium. I was hoping Spies would get things turned around this weekend.......
