It's a sad day for me today but a Proud 1 Also

My boy ..who is now a man ...has just left for his 3 Months of basic training in our Armed Force's

So now i can sleep easy knowing that a Man the caliber of my Son is now going to be on Watch

Zachary My son ....I love you and you have made me proud

Gunna miss ya mate

He loved his motorbike's ..he started riding at the age of 3 on a peewee 50
he rode till he was 10 yrs old and raced a few times

When he was 10 he found out about the Airforce and what he could become ...so the bikes went on the back burner and he then joined the cadets at 13 ..he has loved it ever since

He shall be doing 3 months of Basic ,,,then back home for a week then of again to do his Diesel Engineering trade in the Army ..in 2.5 yrs he will change over to the Airforce and do his Aircraft Engineering trade

My son is About to Embark on the Rest of his life
Plz Wish him well

Well done Sean and Zachary

Being a proud father is one great aspect of the job!

Enjoy your time in the Armed Forces Zach, it sounds as if you have a loving, supportive father at your back.

... the XR is the greatest off road motorcycle ever constructed. There's nothing it can't do, hasn't won or will not outperform.

Sounds like the lad has had some positive motovation from his Dad ............I'm in aviation and ex-military, he will never look back after doing his aircraft engineering along with the diesel background. Just don't let the Army talk him into staying with them.
LAME = $$$$$ = toys and a great life style.
Hopefully my eldest lad will take a similar route.

Yeah, sometimes they can be little turds when they're growing up, but when they do grow up and do things like your son has done, there's nothing else that can make you feel so proud. Give yourself some credit too, he didn't turn out that good without a guiding hand.
Ya both done good

Good luck in your new endeavour Zach! we're still debating your good looks and brains from the gene pool, was it Mum or Dad?
