Safe from me. 5 hours one way. Hot as... there. NC Tag is on the beach sunning itself, and the App Tag is in NY if I remember correctly. Keeping an eye on the VA tag. It's been close to striking distance.

Vexed

I've been watching and waiting for this most excellent idea to take hold and get going.... but, nothing. I'm going to have to get myself in gear and head that way soon.

Well it's about 5 to 6 hours by very boring I-40 super-slab for me to even get to the Tennessee border so this ones super safe from me. Not so interested in Riding 10 to 12 hours on the 40 one way and 10 to 12 hours on the 40 the other just to grab a tag. I could come down the 75 to Chatanooga and then head back up but either way, it's a week trip or lots of super-slab no matter how I map it.

Maybe if I had a fishing boat and could throw a scooter on the trailer or something but not much else is going to get me there.

This tag game is a great idea, just wish someone would move it so that it can start making the rounds.

I could do this ride in 12 hours but like Flash says its long boring and in places not really a very safe road...i know the stretch of I40 between Winston-Salem all the way to Burlington(eastbound or vice versa) is prolly the worst part ...I hate the city traffic around there. People dont give you any space and its either too fast in the left lane or too slow in all the other lanes...combine that with semi truck traffic...which I absolutely abhor and this tag is also safe from me

I'm. In north Alabama. tonight ... only 47 miles away.
Thing is, I'll have to bring it back south and I would rather it go north east.

OK, I finally have the new tag everyone has been waiting for...

Here it is.

Oops... Just kidding.

This is the New Tag.

The Tag is the view of Fort Mountain from the rear of this "Neoclassical Revival" court house.

With a little luck Tyler and I will be passing right by there this afternoon if no one has grabbed it before then.

Trouble with the camera, or was it too far out of your way?
