I will buy one if someone really makes them.
I also think it's pretty damn impressive that Illya would post here.

If I also buy the T-shirt will I be required to wash the Ural before riding it while wearing the new shirt?
I'm not sure I'm willing to go any further than tucking it in.

Actually, that is a hell of a company mission statement.

I went to the Cafepress site, but couldn't figure out how to get the Ural logo and text on the same side of the shirt.

Wash the Ural with the T shirt. That way you will all match up.

This is the case with or without fuel stabilizers.

My Urals have never had this problem when I was younger, single, and used them every day, but nowadays it seems every time I go to ride I've gotta pull the damn carbs off and give them a chemical bath. And it's something special about Urals, my ZZR is carbureted and has never had this issue except when the PO left it in a garage for two years.
I bought an 07 Gear Up that had been sitting in a barn with holes in the walls for over 2 years. Fuel was 2+ years old. We put a battery charger on it and I kicked it 4 times. It started and ran fine.

Not sure what issues you're having, but I'd look at replacing the fuel lines.
