Sorry, but I am not interested in slabbing it down for one day of riding, so I am officially calling this off an will be doing this ride instead, but I will be camping Friday night somewhere.

wow, this is a bummer to hear. Didn't this ride have like a hundred posts? I don't check this board much, but I was definitely planning on leaving early Saturday morning to head down and ride some great areas. I was actually getting on to see when and where to meet in Salida. Ah well, maybe I'll see you guys on another trip.

Sorry Ryan, I am going to stay local and do a weekend trip instead of the haul down to Salida. I would be interested in trying this again next year after the snow melts on the passes and maybe focus on camping.

Wow, I hadn't checked in here until now, (Sunday night). I've been busy all weekend, but I kept glancing up at the mountains wishing I was down in Salida on this trip. I was expecting to see pics. Sorry it didn't work out.
