I'm not sure yet. Anywhere is good with me. I just want to get out and ride this weekend. I'm open to ideas.

Please change me from maybe to IN for Saturday night.

I'll probably stay at my place outside of Lake George Friday night and continue on to Salida on Saturday if you guys aren't heading out to ride at the crack of dawn. I'd also be happy to lead a ride back from Salida to C/S via dirt roads. Those heading up 67 can peel off early at Divide or Cripple Creek.

After talking with Devin yesterday, I'm thinking about heading down Friday after work. Ryan (hughesatron) would you want/be able to do that too?

Alright, so it is about 185 miles to Salida via 285 and I70 with times both being about 4 hours. Based on this, what are folks thinking for routes to Salida? I am torn, as 285 is gorgeous, but from I70 through Leadville is also amazing and super twisty.
Thoughts?
Here is this updated list so far for attendance?
Me F- Su
Robert F - Su
Robin/Binksies - Sa night/Sunday riding
Ryan/Hughesatron - Sat riding
CJ - Sa night/Sunday riding
Norton/Kel - Maybe
SloBlue - Maybe and might be trailering
NkOrange - Maybe
2fastlx - Maybe

So, are you guys slabbing it to Salida? Or taking back roads/some dirt?

285 is nice for the most part, it is the long straight sections after Fairplay that are boring.

I think I can update my attendance status as leaving Friday with the morning group, riding Saturday and taking off Sunday morning to head back to Denver.

Route down is still up in the air. I am out of town Sept 9-11th, but would be interested in meeting that work or the week before to look over ride options, etc. so we do not waste time there deciding.
Thoughts?

Well, since I'm leaving late, Friday evening or Saturday morning I'll be slabbing it down there, so I vote that we don't slab it back on Sunday. I know you're talking about the route down, but I wanted to throw that in there.

The south side of Bunce school road would be pretty bumpy and not very fun 2-up. I'm excited about this trip. Looking forward to getting out and seeing some new places.
