Cool2 Ribbon Party

I'm gonna go and collect as many ribbons as I can this weekend. Hope I don't find any.

All those ribbons you guy's are seeing were put up by Chris Horgan and the forest service to mark trails that needed work.

LOWER TOBIAS IS A CLOSED TRAIL.

DO NOT TAKE DOWN ANY RIBBONS.

EVERYBODY NEEDS TO GET THERE STORIES STRAIGHT.

They are PINK, BUT there is also other RIBBON COLORS up that mean other things to do with the forest.

It's not advisable to take down any ribbons.

Trust me, if someone's ride event left there ribbon or mess on the trail Chris Horgan would have there ASS.

He rides those trails all the time and he lives right by them.

SOS does not use ribbons plus he does not do closed trails!

according to countdown :"You can not hang ribbon on public land without a permit from BLM and USFS. Permits should require taking it all down or pay to have it done plus a fine"
agreed

I have spoke to chris about the ribbon , and was thanked for taking it down (in the greenhorns)

Your wrong again always talking out your ass.

Bullshit, because he's the one that told me he put it up with the USFS.

How do you think these closed trails get opened because of his work with the USFS.

If I recall you and your buddies were up at the Piutes one weekend that we where having a S.O.S work party and you and the other guy's DID NOT work. Braged about coming up and working then you cop out.

the ribbon talk was over on the greenhorns!
piutes are a different story
just cause we were not out w/chris does not mean we don't do any trail work!

Thats where I'm talking about the GREENHORNS.

Why don't you ask Grinch or NMBMN they seen the ribbon, and when i
got back to camp and called Chris and told him about the ribbon and what trail it was on then he said HE put it up with the USFS. And was givin the whole story of why they were puting up ribbon.

Any trail work is appreciated, But don't act like your busting these trails all the time trying to look good in front of everybody and then give peope shit for not working or giving a donation. Practice what you preach.

SOS does not use ribbons, tassels or bows.

FS will use ribbon in a burned/logged area to mark where the trail "was"....

Mr Powell must have put ribbon up to help guide his (paying) noobs, it wasn't there the week before his ride and it was the week after.

I spoke with Chris about this too, he thanked us for taking them down, whoever put them up.

Happy, how come you keep making friends? Me thinks people love to hate you?
