Jawbone & green hill?!? Same day?!? Which gate do you keep referring to? The only one we encountered was closed & locked ... to 4-wheel traffic. Little snow left, but those spots are very icy now.

We were in the Piutes on Tuesday!

When at the Oak tree look up, I may have left a little something hanging the last time we were there.

Haha broken chain? That's not a manufacture problem, that's operator error.

Ralphy, prep your bike brother. What am I gonna do with you and Rob....

Why didn't he just coast it down that hill that goes past the water crossing next to that downed tree, then he could've just walked it around that rock and coasted down that other hill all the way to that staging area?

Seems simple to me.

Rob, you got lucky when you broke you're chain 100 yards from the big oak tree...you are a lucky bastard.

Awesome ride on Sunday! first tree ride 2014
Up in the trees always awesome until you snap your chain! ha
I had two master links and Tony also had a master link but they were for non O ring chains.
We tried our best to rig it up but we were running out of daylight and we had to get the hell out before we starting freezing. I doubled out and hike up the hill climbs with Tony… thanks dude!
As we were doubling on the fire road Tony on a turn hit an ice patch we fell and slid together about 15 feet, too funny! hahaha! I guess that was the icing on the cake!
Ferny and I went back on Monday on the rescue mission
Jungle and the others offered to help on the rescue but the bike was running we just needed to get the chain on. So thanks dudes!
Oh .. yes almost forgot when I got home on Sunday night my plate for my KTM was sitting on the table haha and I had no ktm ;-(
HT where the hell where ya? does Kap still ride?
Pics below

Jungle ready to rock!

Impossible to brake here it was icy! sucked ya to the right

I had front row seat to show! Another try at it!

Ferny still a kid playing hide n seek

More white

Jungle and Ferny

Brake time

Ferny snow roosting

trails kept sucking you to the right

Plated!
