Do we really have the time or space to start describing all the different types of idiots?

I used to go out and shoot quite a bit more, but nowadays, the thought of being lumped in with folks like that makes it less enjoyable. And of course, as the years went by, it turns out that a good number of my buddies were just those sort of idiots. So now I have far fewer buddies as well.

Uh NO, I'd rather spend my time riding or talking about riding.

I love shooting too, but I only shoot responsibly. Those guys were dicks that shot the hole in the tree.

Just Passing Through

Hey Perry was in your neck of the woods doing some moto/camping riding over the weekend, rode up Lion Ridge out of CA Hot Springs and then north of the 90 to Summit trail. Great stuff all around there not a soul around

Made it back to Kernville on Sat then up Cannell to spend the night, found a first for me in the Sierra's!

On Sunday rode upper Cannell until snow shut us down on the North Side, such great riding up there, looking forward to making another one of your rides. Brrapppp

Hey Grinch, did you get shown the tow truck driver training video yet?

NSFW language

They're talking about it down in Jo Momma. It appears the tow truck driver told an 80 year old woman to 'move her fucking car' at a local car wash to complete his tow. The owner of the car wash steps in, disgusted in the drivers behavior toward the old lady and receives a barrage of abuse. Looks like a quick way to be out of a job...

Full moon night ride...

Sequoia night riders rode a secluded section of SQF in the light of the moon.
We cleared the trail in three places where there were downfalls. My just cleaned, oiled and sharpened 22 inch Oregon hand saw worked great on the green oak limbs we cut. More work is needed on an overgrown spot, we finally turned back in the dark, we were getting beat up in the brushy mess. Next time we will work it over so you can ride it without getting ripped off the bike...nice ride Bud, we'll go back in two weeks. theGrinch never showed, I heard he was in the Cleveland NF....
Time to go to bed, sweet dreams of single track....

I mounted my Oregon 22" saw and Corona hand trimmer for some trail maintenance.

I'm off to meet up with Bud at the trail head.

Some years ago someone planted this Sequoia tree alongside the road.

Luuth about to practice the log hop maneuver!

He almost pulled it off!

Time to perform some trail clearing!

A large live oak fell across the trail...we made a few cuts.

The trail is now clear and we continued on our ride.

Where's the trail?

Whoops!

It's still green up there thanks to the recent rains...

The night ride begins.

The brush gets thick...

Bud loading up in the dark.

I rode home in the dark,

My moon pic sucks.

That is all, till the next night ride.

Good meatballs!

Chain gang. Binding, hiccupping and missing teeth?

Checked my chain Sunday am, loose, wtf?

Ralphy and Kalil showed up right before I was going to leave without them.
Best of the best, cool temps, pretty flowers.
Stonehouse to Trophy to Beartrap to Nates to Bob Rabbit to King Solomon's and back before someone pooped their pants.
I broke my chain on the 10,000th tree hop. Ralphwerks to the rescue!
Found a socket at Kap's oil spill tree, is that your's Happy?
Found a strap at Gypsy camp, is that your's Grinchy?

Next?

WTF was up with the chain and sprockets this weekend. First Piute Ben and his chain/sprocket issues, then my counter shaft sprocket missing two teeth by the time we finished on Saturday and then you breaking a chain..................

Scott, Rob we missed you guys. I was upset to roll up and seen you guys where gone the show must go on

Like jungle summed it up Epic ride yesterday

Jungle kept playing hide and seek ... he is such a kid

finding our way out

Love this pic of the Jungleman

After clearing a few logs and trails .. there was too many logs was getting late and needed to get out or get trapped

some views

jungle's master snapped. Luckly we fixed it and avoided a bike sleep over and a long, long hike outta the woods!
