Question

So where did team longrider go? We were just starting to have fun with him and he disappeared......

It's getting hot here in the valley, I need to get up to the Green hill soon.

See you guys tomorrow afternoon. Sequoia night ride?

Thanks for the invite, I'm not sure I'm up to you guys level of riding, YET!

I do have to tell you all though, I got a pack of coupons when I joined SOTS at the $100 level, some very nice stuff. Just took advantage of the 40% off Flexx bars. Paid for my subscription in one day!

I recommend joining for those that can.

I was so far behind on maintanence... and didn't start till 4PM today. Filters, tires, tubes, fluids... typical shit... but Perry said don't show without re-gearing and getting a fan. So while I was at it I decided I needed to toss on those radiator guards that have been sitting in the garage for a year... and fit the Acerbis tanker tank at the same time.

That shit fit like a glove ! I think the big tank went on easier than the stock one came off... left me a enough time to wire up some HIDs in case we do a Sat night ride.

I'll be there Friday night... only riding Sat... staying Sat night for in camp antics then heading home Sunday AM.

I'm PUMPED !

I'm almost ready to roll, I'll head up the hill by noon if all goes well this morning.
See you boys on the hill......Klammer and Purelick, come on up, we have room for two more. It won't be a "Riders" ride without you.

Jeff, having 4 KTMs to take care of must be kinda like having 4 wives to maintain , but the difference is you can ride the shit out of the bikes and they won't complain.

cannell update

CANNELL TRAIL UPDATE (for the lower half)! The Cannell Trail is already free of snow from the Plunge section (Kernville) through Pine Flat and up into Cannell Meadow (photo at the meadow). There is still is some snow on the steep section of trail connecting Cannell Meadow and the pass above Big Meadow (18" drifts). The gates are currently locked at Cherry Hill Rd/Sherman Pass Rd.

we will have to clear the drifts next weekend!

Tomorrow the plan is to go up Cannel as far as we can go, just Catfish and me.
We did some clearing of limbs and debris that was blocking the trail.

Weather and trail conditions are great!

we should all thank Lost Rider for sawing a tree that had fallen over Cannell earlier this week.
the Ranger said he wouldn't be able to get to it before next week's WARPED, so Lost Rider borrowed a saw from the Ranger.

thank you Finn. you did done good!
