That's my cue!

Sunday morning we visited with Jeff & the Grinch as they packed up, then Perry & I rode up to Cheryl's Diner in Kernville for some blueberry pancakes & sausage. Mmmm, I should have taken a picture!

Next we headed to the gates to ride up "The Plunge!"

What a COOL trail! Narrow, rocky, gorgeous, and treacherous!

We climbed up to the Ranger cabin at Cannell Meadows and took a break. 7400 feet and no snow on this side yet.

Started hitting snow banks on singletrack & then roads, but made the loop around Big Meadows.

Up to the Siretta Trailhead, we stopped and decided it was time to head back down. Heard a few motos coming from the north and greeted about 8 riders as they stopped. Too many snow banks to reach Sherman Pass, so they were heading back down also.

Coasted down most of The Plunge, but stopped for a few photos of the trail & the views ...

THANKS Perry, Peter, Ben, & Jeff for a GREAT 3 days of riding and fun in the mountains!!!

HT and I are up here now, it's Warped time. Did Rincon yesterday, the whole thing, great trail, cut a lot of trees off the trail. Snow drifts were big and deep around Trout Creek Trail. Great ride. Day two, Waggy Ridge up to JUst Outstanding. Bike started clanking, doesn't sound good. Great week end otherwise. Pics to follow.

great ride at WARPED.

I'll have a full report up ASAP.

FYI if you ride up there anytime soon ... bring a saw. tons of downed trees.

lets just say, upper Rincon is the most beautiful riding I've ever done in my life!!!

Maps bring people... people bring whoops... next thing you know it's Kennedy Meadows No. 2.

Ride with friends... make memories... not whoops !

kap and mysefl arived bout 9 fri moring, found razr and 1224r !
decided to do rincon recon, but since they rode lower rincin the day before they skipped the lower section!
kap and i had a great time ripping up the trail, found alot of trees down, we felt obliguated to get off and do our part!
w cut bout 8 trees and cleared another 10 or so downfall trash!

.
always have a good saw, this POS broke on the 2nd day on our 1st limb!

kap demenstating his new toy

this sign is ancient

check out the bike in the background 30 mn lost turning them around

rincon trail

we need sum volenteers to help clear/brush on sum great trails

and of course-RazR

kap's bike started making sum noise, so we sent him on his way back to camp, razr and myself continued on, down bull run only to find a downed tree around the 1st corner, nobody had ridden this trail in awhile! found more downfall till saw broke
kicked and broke limbs off to get under!
found more simmular shit, hopping over going around logs to the top, off to tobias, up more downed trees, clearing trees, finally make it to the tobias frog shack all clear, only to find multiple snow drifts that were unprediatable till u rodee over/ thru them on the way back down the paved road
finally made it out and back in time to get charles back to camp

another great warped weekend
