Great photos everyone, keep them coming.......It's nice having them all together here.

New user names created at Hells Canyon:
Loud Al
Mr. Vintage
Silent Bob

It looks like a name change to Nut Clutch is in order for this year and even though Zac has been Easy-Z for a long time I think he needs his name changed to Nature Boy since he can't keep his clothes on.
Just in case you don't know how to change your user name it's done here:
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=534156
Just trying to be helpful.

Allan, you know I rarely like photos of myself but I actually like those two photos - they are awesome. I haven't had good photos of myself riding and now I have a couple. Thanks

More photos please.

Thursday ride.

Thursday, Magoolin and I set out with AJ, MustangShelly, Craig McCurdy, Crash Clay and I think TTDave.
We headed for Oxbow to ride Hess road. Magoolin coming around the bend.
At Scotty’s it came up to ride Kleinschmidt grade up and back. We also meet up with Nut Clutch and he rode with us some.
Looking across the river to Hess road.

Kleinschmidt grade

Up were we turned around.

Jeff and Shelly decided to ride back to camp on 39. Then we headed up Hess

Craig and Crash going up.

Magoolin going up.

We had a lot of fun leap frogging up Hess road and taking pictures.

We found Steve waiting for us at the top.

Nut Clutch left us at the overlook to get into town, so he could get a tire at the shop. We then headed down to Ollokot campground and turned up the Imnaha river to dirt road that would take us out to Lick creek campground. It is one of my favorite roads to ride. Slabbed it to Salt summit from Lick creek and took the dirt road that comes out on Tucker Downs road. Then back to camp, I think somewhere in the area of 160 miles. A great start for Hells Canyon.

Apparently I am the " Old Guy " that Maxacceleration talks about. Oh well I had a great time riding with all of you and hope to do it again. Someday they may let me have knobbly tires. I rode all the way back to Sandy OR on Saturday and my shoulder was killing me by the time I got home. I have hurt myself many times before but this is ten times worse than anything. I don't recommend doing it. I wear all the protection when riding in the dirt but even then it can't save you from everything.

When I caught up with you on Dug Bar Road, I knew you had to be hurting, because, well, I caught up with you.

Good riding with you, come to a Meet-Up.

BTW: No knobbies for you. We'd never see you again.

Some of my pictures

Heading down from Spokane on Friday.

No deer collisions this year but these little guys kinda startled me when they ran onto the road.

I wasn't sure what the weather would be like so I guess I "over prepared" but I sure was comfy.

The Saturday "noob ride".

When we rolled into Troy we ran into some familiar faces.

Ladybug

moto-treks

Heading on to Flora.

The Flora school celebration

Back at camp Saturday night.

Pulling out on Sunday with some extra cargo and a travel companion.

Steve and I had a great visit on the drive to Spokane. Hope your ride to Seatlle went well Steve.

Few of mine

We had a nice adventure from Boise to Enterprise. Here is Day one.

Our leader

The Gang... Dan and Shutterman

EWood

Special Ed

Sam's route was a mostly dirt up to Lewiston cross the river into Washington and the back down to Enterprise.

Our Side trip down into Kirkwood Historical Ranch.

We will be dropping ~4000 feet in 4 miles down to the Snake river

This is about the time Sam said "it doesn't look to good should we turn around?"

My reply was "it looks fine", but I could not see what he saw.

We had 2 drops on the way down and the temperature raised ~25 degrees.

We had to walk the last 1/4 mile because the road is closed

It was very nice down there. Deer in the yard and Green.

Some old farm equipment

And finally the Snake river

At this point the only thing some of the group could think about is how we are going to get out, This is when Sam grabbed an old phone to call for help...

It is getting late so I will finish our venture out of hell later..... 1 last parting shot before we head out

Here is a video I made. It starts in central Oregon with a surprise cameo by Towerman, and ends at Dug Bar.

Edit: Sorry about the various audio levels.
