It's crazy how you survive, it's like a reborn. Good luck finding the interior peace.

Glad to hear you're riding again-I'm not sure I'd be able to after something like that.

For your pain, have you considered yoga? My yoga instructor destroyed her ankle in a car accident several years ago and now walks limp free, despite walking with a cane for a couple years. She also healed herself from chronic fatigue. Anyone can do yoga; you don't need to be fit or flexible as it is adaptable to your ability. I find it exceedingly helpful for mental stuff too. I'm happy to pass along more info, pm me if you're interested.
We are healthy only to the extent that our ideas are humane.

Glad you're back. I can empathize a bit, having done about 20 days in an induced coma to allow a lung to heal before repairing (pull chips out and put bone in) a shattered C6 vertebra. Took a year and a half to rehab. Missed a double, sticking the front wheel into the second jump and slamming the bars with my chest, snapping my neck. None of it is fun by any stretch.
Ever get lost? You know, that good kind of lost - come to a dirt road intersection and you have no idea where you are or which way to turn? I like when that happens!

Wow...I remember you emailing or texting me that you'd had a wreck, but had no idea how bad it was.

70+ MPH crash on a KLR...there's some good jokes there just waiting to be picked. Make good use of 'em.

Glad you are still with us, and back on a bike. The rare occasions I go through Allentown, I have (and now really will) think of you and send those good vibes.

Keep doing what your doing, law enforcement is tough enough man, don't hang yourself out there for surviving. Enjoy everyday and once in a while throw a good word upstairs, or down. Whichever way your words go someone wants you here so keep up the good work.
