Bye bye Flying Dutchman
See you in Europe
Everything went so smoothly at the airport.
I liked the fact the airport people let you do the work on your bike right there inside the facility. I didn't want anyone touching my bike except for me.
I thought I was going to be in and out of there in about an hour but then came lunch and that break lasted about 2 hours. So I just sat around and waited for them to eat their paninis and smoke all their cigarettes

I am curious too
I am still waiting for that answer
I was told to expect it to be around $1600 to $1800.
I need to go and pay for it today
But I fear it might be more
Hopefully not too much more
Europe is going to be expensive.
I will post what the final price will be when it is made known later today

End of the line for me, end of the Americas for you. I heard you were flying into Spain. What, you haven't heard enough spanish...? See you later.

Ok, I will be there
I will bring a bottle of wine with me too
And at least I know a little Spanish after 6+ months
When I get to France and most places in Europe, I won't even be able to say "no comprende" back to them

Breaking News

Flying your motorcycle from Buenos Aires is a bargain.
I just got back from paying my airbill and it was for anout $1600.
But here's the kicker
I didn't pay in US dollars
I paid in Pesos
And I exchanged money at the "blue" rate.
That is the black market rate to you and me.
So by doing it that way, it cost me only $1000 USD in the end
That is about the same amount my ticket cost me for me and a couple of bags.
I was budgeting about $3000 for my motorcycle so I feel like I just earned $2000 today
Now if you will please me, I am going wine shopping now.............Going to be drinking the good stuff tonight

Maybe this 100 Euro bill will help change your mind......wait that doesn't work over here"
