Arriving at the hut I was spending the night in just before dark.
I was so happy I didn't die

In the hut about 25 people were spending the night.
The place was full.
I met three guys
One from Canada
One from Israel
And the other from South Africa
Good guys

I also met 3 ladies from Czech Republic.
Only one spoke English well so she translated to the others.

And I met this girl from Slovakia. She worked in the hut 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

After 15 months, I finally used my waterproof pants I was carrying with me the whole trip. And I was so glad I had them with me this day.
The wind was blowing about 50 mph so the wind and snow cut right thru.
It was so cold!

Hungry

I am heading to Hungry tomorrow.
And guess what..........they produce wine in Hungry.
What???????????
Never had a wine from Hungry????
Well, it is the wine for Kings.
Tokay is the grape
And it is a very sweet wine.
Like liquid dessert
And I can't wait to explore it.
Full report coming soon

Man, congratulations for your adventure

Are you heading to Hungary? If you plan to visit Budapest, you can try the Bikercamp for your tent ( www.bikercamp.hu - GPS N: 47 28.815 E: 19 05.891 ), very beatiful green heaven inside the city, i've been there last year.

Another advice, if you find yourself near Emilia Romagna or Tuscany (north Italy):

- There are a lot of small passess and small old towns, here's a list http://goo.gl/keiu10 expecially the lightblue ones.

- There are a lot of local wines you *have* to try : Sangiovese, Pignoletto, Pagadebit, Cagnina, just to say some.

- You can PM me if you're around, I'm near Ravenna or Bologna.

Keep rockin!!

We are talking.

The trouble is - it is hard to maintain a long distance relationship. We saw each other at the beginning because I was on the same continent.
And she gets jealous of my posts with all the girls. And I don't blame her. But this is my trip and I meet a lot of people and I like taking pictures. And it is not like I am sleeping with any of these girls (sorry if I popped your bubble). But I just don't want to be told what I can or can't do.
So that is the issue
But I am still planning to come to Lima in a couple of week.
So we will see
If things don't work out, I will put a good word in for you to her
And I will be off to India/Nepal

Going up would have been 10 times easier. Now I know why it was a one way trail.
If I would have slipped, there would have not been any more posts on my RR from me and I would hit a million view over night.

Holy crap! That woulda took me a lot more than 45 minutes!! I'd spend that long just working up my nerve!!
(Another not a BMW guy, lol)

Theft

Last night, I think some crazy person was trying to hack in to my Facebook page. I am not sure if they got in or not.
But I received a message on my e mail that I received a message on FB. But when I clicked on my FB page, there was no message. Then I received another e mail message on my e mail from FB saying that I was having trouble logging in and it provided a link for me to log in. It was like someone was trying to log in to my account because it wasn't me doing any of this.
Question:
Are there are computer smart people out there that can help me stop this? I have already changed my passwords.
If they have access to my e mail, FB and AdvRider page, who knows what might happen.
