The 4th Annual Pacific Northwet Gorge Gathering (Hood RIver, OR July 27-29)

So there you have it.

We have yet another great band this year (The Jug Dealers ).

The party area is about three times the size this year.

Tent city will be in its normal location and all other camp areas are still the same. Those with RV's please get in touch with me as I can only fit about five or six and they will not have power available but generators are ok during day and I am sure you know when to shut them down. And yes there will be a bathroom available to all again this year (it does not have a shower but does have a big wash sink and if all else fails we have a hose).

For those that haven't attended before please be aware of the fine print

Some people will be drinking , someone might swear, others may walk in the orchard with left handed tobacco and others might just be smiling and dancin their night away But each year all have been respectful and had a good time. Children are watched out for and we can have some activities for them as well through my daughter (13) and her friends.


Our resident "hell yeah Ill ride" AppleJam will host a ride up to Mt. Defiance


Other activities that you can visit while you are here is

The 85th Hood River County Fair (about a 4 minute ride from The Lazy Lodge). I will lost link once they have info up but there are games, rides, exotic animal area and FAIR FOOD. Entrance to fair is free.

Model T driving school at WAAM. Also really cool old motorcycles and cars on display as well as planes http://www.waaamuseum.org/

Many are asking about pets. I am cool with it and my dogs are very mellow unless something tries to be dominant. So I must say that if you bring a pet you do so knowing this full well. In short please dont bring anything aggressive or constantly yapping. Merlot (the small one) is 145lb's, Amaruq the young one is 180lb


While I dont like it I just cant carry a large chunk again this year so yes we will need your help.

With ADV becoming well you know. I am not allowed to post the event anywhere but here so I cant let our buddies in Nor Cal and so on know. And since we get people from all over i need everyone else to spread the word. I mean lets be careful and make sure we dont post in other regions and invite people to a party. It might lead to harder things like laughter, friendship and hold yourself FUN,,,
