Sorry I missed you guys, it looks like you had a lot of fun!

That said, I'm not sure I'm ready for 300 mile days on dirt. I still don't like parking on the shoulder. EEK! Gravel patch!

I think I'm going to have to buy a 250 MX bike and get me some dirt lernin'. The stuff scares the crap out of me.

Anyway, I have a nice 150 mile ROAD run that passes through Taxco if you're in the area.

Ride safe!

I hear you there, brother! These last 2 trips have done a lot for my confidence taking the GSA off road. The bike can surely do it!

Riding south from Dr. Arroyo the pavement ended around Miel y Noriega so we set out to find a good dirt route south to Hwy 80. Nice little 50 mile adventure with lots of loose gravel and rain drainages running across the road. When I tired of riding around the puddles I started blowing through them with water clearing over my helmet. Good dirty fun.

Update

Talked with Donnie by phone this afternoon. All is well.
Apparently he's having too much fun to update his RR.

Yes, it does help to get accustomed to the feel of dirt on a small moto before switching to a large moto.
